Description: |
The District of Nipissing Social Services Administration Board (DNSSAB) provides human services to the citizens in Nipissing District. These services include social assistance (Ontario Works and Employment Assistance), Child Care and EarlyON (programs for families and children), housing and homelessness, and emergency medical services (land ambulance). The District of Nipissing includes 11 municipalities and two unincorporated areas, North and South (see Appendix B). DNSSAB has its primary office located in North Bay, Ontario with satellite offices in both Sturgeon Falls and Mattawa, as well as a resource centre in South Algonquin. DNSSAB is interested in developing a close working relationship with a Proponent who can supply, deliver, install, train and service multi-functionality digital photocopiers across our three locations: Mattawa (currently has one photocopier), North Bay (currently has seven photocopiers), and Sturgeon Falls (currently has two photocopiers). Proponents should formulate their proposal with the expectation of addition(s) or reduction/removal(s) of photocopiers at any time and at any location (scaling up and scaling down) to accommodate changes in demand and workload. DNSSAB is seeking inclusive pricing, regardless of equipment type, location or volume for a 36-month month lease. DNSSAB does not want to retain any ownership over any of Product(s) or equipment. The Product (s) supplied must produce copies of a high quality and resolution, found acceptable to DNSSAB on a consistent basis throughout the term of the Agreement. If loss of quality or other malfunctions occur, the Proponent must restore to previous operating conditions or replace such equipment with the like kind within 24-48 hours of notification of said failure (excluding weekends and statutory holidays). Should new Product(s) and/or software (including upgrades, new models, new features and new functions, etc.) be announced prior to installation, the Successful Proponent is required to inform the DNSSAB of the new products. DNSSAB shall maintain the right to substitute the new Product(s) for those products. |
