| Description: | The District of Nipissing Social Services Administration Board (DNSSAB) and the Nipissing District Housing Corporation (NDHC) are seeking the services of a professional Project Manager for Architecture/Engineering services for DNSSAB/NDHC. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating the development of plans, providing technical designs, and construction contract administration services for various capital projects for the period of March 1, 2020 – February 28, 2022 with the option to renew for up to two additional one year consecutive periods based on satisfactory performance, Contract negotiations and perceived need as identified by DNSSAB/NDHC. |
